Return Process

    Request an RMA

    Contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

    Pack Your Components

    Securely place the uninstalled product in its original retail packaging, ensuring all manuals and small parts are included to avoid restocking fees.

  • 3.
    Ship the Package

    Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned parts, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
